Our association, founded in 2015, aims to « promote and develop European and international mobility, intercultural dialogue and citizenship through formal and non-formal education, particularly among young people and/or those who struggle more to have access to it, in order to empower them, allow them to get to social cohesion and social and professional integration ».
The actions implemented are aimed particularly at young people, with fewer opportunities, aged between 18 and 30 or people with fewer opportunities in the Occitanie region.
We work mainly with ESC, Intership programs and KA2.
We coordinate projects enabling every year 50+ young people with fewer opportunities to participate in volunteering experiences abroad for short ESC projects. We can also act as sending organisation for those coming from the Occitanie region.
We integrate in our team as well 4 ESC long term volunteers per year to support us in our actions.
Parcours le Monde – Sud Ouest works closely with local players also in the fields of integration and employment. These partnerships, like those with the Missions Locales allow us to offer jobseekes an intership lasting 3 to 5 weeks in a European country (Italy, Spain, Portugal, Germany, etc.).
We want to contribute priorities of the Erasmus programme, to bring positive and long-lasting effects to our networks and make it bigger.
We are open to work with organisation that focus on developing new links with local and international stakeholders in terms of sensibilisation, support and dissemination of projects preferably focusing on youth with fewer opportunities.
